This Privacy Policy explains what data Next Step ("the app", "we") collects, how

it is used, where it goes, and how you can delete it. Next Step is built to be

private by default: there is no account, no sign-in, and no email collection.

The canonical, itemized data inventory behind this policy is maintained in our

internal analytics specification and mirrors the App Store App Privacy form and

the Google Play Data Safety form.

1. No account, anonymous by design

Next Step does not ask you to create an account. There is no name, email, phone

number, or social login. On first launch the app is assigned an anonymousidentifier issued by RevenueCat (format $RCAnonymousID:…). This identifierexists so your subscription can be recognized across launches and restored aftera reinstall. It is not tied to your real-world identity.

If you reinstall the app, a new anonymous identifier is issued and your local

history and memory start empty. Your subscription itself can be restored

separately through the App Store / Google Play account it was purchased on.
